環保政策提供浴巾及沐浴乳、洗髮精，其餘盥洗用品請自備 

民宿備有公共廚房可以使用，需自備食材及調味料

房間內禁止吸菸，請愛惜所有物品，如有損壞需照價賠償 

 請依所屬房型訂房人數入住，需加床或人頭請務必提前告知   臨時增加或謊報人數，恕拒絕入住

不加床加人頭入住：成人250$/人，4~12歲小孩200$/人，3歲（含以下）不收費，無床鋪、含早餐及夜夜間導覽、清潔費用   2人房不建議加床，若加床會在加床在地板上 4人房1房最多可加2床   

 可攜帶寵物，寵物入住石板屋需收清潔費200＄/隻，每1房間限2隻喔！園區內需牽繩！ 寵物包含任何可愛生物，因安全考量兇猛犬類或其他兇猛動物本民宿不開放住宿，入住前請先詢問我們 

 嚴禁使用卡拉ＯＫ設備，晚上21:30後不喧嘩、不使用會發出噪音的器具 原木桌上禁止開伙(含卡司爐)，若桌面壞損，請照價賠償 可使用焚火台及烤肉架，但須離地架高30公分 本園實施生態保育，嚴禁捕捉任何生物及動物還有蝴蝶 

 本園位於山區，嚴禁施放天燈及煙火、炮竹等易燃物品 園區內溪水瀑布區，嚴禁生火煮食及烤肉 

本民宿路況良好，但只有中巴進得來，大巴進不來

官網訂房系統退費事項 旅客於房費訂金/總金額支付完成後，若遇天災如強烈地震(5級以上)、颱風陸上颱風警報(高雄)或豪大雨特報(茂林)、特殊疫情三級警戒，經主管機關發佈之訊息，可全額退款訂金。

因個人因素須退款時，依以下取消時間點與退款比例推算，並扣除單次轉帳金流手續費（NT$50）後退款；信用卡則退刷。

旅客解約通知於預定住宿日前第8日以前到達者，業者應退還預收約定房價總金額100%。 

旅客解約通知於預定住宿日前第7日至第5日到達者，業者應退還預收約定房價總金額80%。 

旅客解約通知於預定住宿日前第4日至第3日到達者，業者應退還預收約定房價總金額50%。 

旅客解約通知於預定住宿日前第2日至第1日到達者，業者應退還預收約定房價總金額30%。 

旅客解約通知於預定住宿日當日到達或未為解約通知者，業者則不退還預收約定房價總金額。

This guesthouse provides the following types of accommodation: 2-person slate house rooms with bathroom ,There are two rooms. 4-person slate house rooms with bathroom,There are six rooms. 2-person hostel rooms (shared bathroom),There are six rooms 6-tent-capacity campground 「Rules for slate house rooms with bathroom」 Check-in time: 15:00 Check-out time: 11:00 Slate house accommodation includes breakfast and nighttime ecological tour. If vegetarian, please specify which type (lacto-ovo vegetarian or vegan). Towel, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Please bring all other toiletries. There is a shared kitchen available. You will need to bring your own ingredients, condiments, and seasonings. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. Please take care of all items in the room. If there is any damage due to negligence, you will be required to pay compensation according to the current value. The number of people staying in a room must be the same as on the reservation. If extra bed is needed or there is a change in the number of people checking in, please inform us in advance. If there is last-minute increase in or misreporting of the number of people staying in a room, you will not be allowed to check-in. Extra bed: NT$650/person, no charge for children aged 3 and under, includes bed, breakfast, nighttime ecological tour, cleaning fee. Check-in with no extra bed but with extra person: NT$250/adult, NT$200/child (4-12 years old), no charge for children aged 3 and under. No bed, but includes breakfast, nighttime ecological tour, cleaning fee. Adding an extra mattress to a 2-person room is not recommended, as it will have to be placed on the floor.  Maximum of two extra beds for a 4-person room. Pets are allowed. However, an NT$200 cleaning fee/pet is required for the slate house rooms. Only 2 pets per room. Pets must be on a leash when on the homestay grounds. Pets include any cute animals. For safety reasons, ferocious animals are not allowed. Please check with us in advance before bringing any pets. The use of karaoke equipment is strictly prohibited. There should be no noise or use of any equipment that makes noise after 21:30. No cooking is allowed on the wooden tables (including the use of camping stove). If a table is damaged, compensation will be required according to the current value. Barbecues and grills can be used, but must be 30 centimeters above the ground. Ecological conservation is practiced at this homestay. Catching of butterflies or any other living creatures is strictly prohibited. This homestay is located in a mountainous area. Flammable items such as sky lanterns, fireworks, and firecrackers are strictly prohibited. Lighting of fires for cooking and barbecuing is strictly prohibited along the stream and in the waterfall area. Road conditions are good. However, only minibuses can enter. Large buses are not allowed. Admission to the homestay grounds for non-overnight guests: Adults: NT$150 (NT$100 can be used for purchases) Children aged 4-12: NT$100 (NT$50 can be used for purchases) Children aged 3 and under: No charge Entry time: From 10:00; all non-overnight guests must leave by 16:30. - 「Rules for hostel rooms 」 Soundproofing is not good. These rooms are not recommended for those who are sensitive to noise. For cancellations at least 8 days before the scheduled check-in date, 100% of the total amount shall be refunded. For cancellations 5 to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date, 80% of the total amount shall be refunded. For cancellations 3 to 4 days before the scheduled check-in date, 50% of the total amount shall be refunded. For cancellations 1 to 2 days before the scheduled check-in date, 30% of the total amount shall be refunded.
